Welcome to Hampers of Haughley and thank you for visiting our website. Based in Hughley, Suffolk, we supply personalised hampers and luxury wicker baskets. Our gift hampers, including our Christmas hampers, are filled with the finest locally sourced foods from Suffolk. We constantly search for the best products and partner with people that produce food and drinks full of passion and expertise.
ORDER
1. How to place an order?
Visit our website http://www.hampersofhaughley.com to place an order. You don’t need to create an account to place an order.

2. Is there a minimum order?
There is no minimum order.
3. Is there a delivery charge?
We offer free standard delivery on all our hampers and all orders over £30. Standard delivery is 3-5 working days.
We also offer the option to upgrade to express delivery (1-2 working days) for £5.95.
If you would like your hamper delivered on a specific date, please add a note in the order notes section when you check out and pay for your order.
4. How will I receive my order confirmation?
Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation order by email with your order number, order details, and confirmation of your delivery address.
If you have not received confirmation of your order, please check your junk or spam folder. If you still can’t find it, please contact us by email info@hampersofhaughley.com
DELIVERIES
1. Where do you deliver?
We deliver U.K. Nationwide, including Northern Ireland.
2. When do you deliver?
Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, excluding bank holidays.
5. How are hampers delivered? Will I receive a tracking number?
All hampers are sent via Royal Mail. Our hampers are sent on a tracked service and you will receive a tracking number via email when your hamper is dispatched. If you have any issues or would like help tracking your hamper, please contact us info@hampersofhaughley.com
Once your hamper is on its way, you should receive a text or email (if you provided a mobile number or email address) from Royal Mail with your delivery details.
