Returns Policy

We hope you are happy with your hamper. In the unlikely event that something goes wrong, we are here to help. 

If you would like to return your unopened hamper, please contact us at within 14 days of receiving your order. 

Please note we accept returns on all but non-returnable items:

  • Personalised hampers
  • Perishable (fresh food) hampers


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own delivery costs for returning your item. We advise using a tracked courier service.
