Welcome to Hampers of Haughley. We supply luxury gift hampers and wicker baskets. Our passion is finding local, handmade quality produce to fill our hampers. We constantly search the best products and partner with people that produce food and drinks full of passion and expertise.

 

ORDER

1. How to place an order?

Visit our website http://www.hampersofhaughley.com to place an order. You don’t need to create an account to place an order.

2. Is there a minimum order?

No, there is no minimum order. All hampers come with the option of free delivery.

 

3. Is there a delivery charge?

We offer free economy delivery on all our hampers. Economy delivery can take 3-5 working days from date of dispatch.

We also offer the option to choose your delivery date. Please note that charges apply for Saturday and Sunday delivery. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout.

 

4. How will I receive my order confirmation?

Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation order by email with your order number, order details, and confirmation of your delivery date. 

If you have not received confirmation of your order, please check your junk or spam folder before getting in touch. You can contact us by email info@hampersofhaughley.com

 

DELIVERIES

1. Where do you deliver?

We deliver Nationwide, with the exception of Northern Ireland, Scottish highlands and the Channel Islands.

 

2. When do you deliver?

Our delivery times are from 7:00am to 6:00pm, 7 days per week. 

Free delivery can take 3-5 working days from date of dispatch. All hampers are sent out via courier DPD on a next-day delivery service. DPD will send you a text or email with your 1-hour delivery time slot.

To choose your delivery date, please select the delivery date in our calendar when you check-out. We propose to you our earliest delivery date depending on your area.

 

3. When is the next available delivery date?

Once you have completed your shopping, click on the Proceed to Checkout button and fill your personal information. In the Shipping method you will be able to choose your delivery date on our calendar where you will see all available delivery dates for your area.

 

4. Can I select a delivery timeslot?

Orders will be delivered between 7:00am and 6:00pm on your chosen delivery date.

All hampers are sent out via courier DPD on a next-day delivery service. DPD will send you a text or email with your 1-hour delivery time slot. You can choose to re-arrange delivery for a more convenient time, or select a safe place to leave your hamper.

 

5. How do you deliver the products?
