It is made with milk chocolate that they make from bean to bar with beans from Hacienda Victoria in Ecuador. To this they add crisp shortcrust pastry that is ground into the base chocolate for buttery flavour, maple sugar and small pieces of pecans caramelised with maple sugar and demerara.

Cocoa beans, cane sugar, caramelised maple pecans(17.4%) (pecans (nuts), pure maple sugar, demerara sugar), cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, pastry (7.4%) (wheat flour with added calcium, iron, niacin and thiamine, unsalted butter (milk), eggs, icing sugar, salt).
