Seville Orange Marmalade with Cognac
This award winning marmalade is made from a traditional recipe using the famous Seville oranges. Bitter, sweet, tangy and chunky, a slug of Cognac is poured in just before bottling for a little bit of luxury in a jar.
Obviously delicious on your morning toast, it can also be used to coat gammon, ham or sausages before roasting, or as an accompaniment to duck or venison. Use in cake baking, tart filling or stir into double cream and freeze for an instant ice cream.
